Posture is a dynamic output of your nervous system.

Your brain constantly uses sensory input from skin, joints, muscles, jaw, eyes, feet (and more.... think about proprioception) to coordinate balance, movement, and muscle tone. When that input becomes less clear, your nervous system often compensates with tension and inefficient movement patterns.
